chemiSOLO detects low-expressing proteins with femtogram sensitivity and captures marker images at the push of a button.
The chemiSOLO is designed to provide sensitive detection of chemiluminescent signals via a six megapixel, backilluminated, Peltier-cooled CMOS camera.
Overlay visible images of multicolor protein markers with chemiluminescent images of blots to facilitate gel annotation and band identification.
Capture images at a higher bit depth, while avoiding pixel saturation and maximizing the linear dynamic range.
chemiSOLO’s wide dynamic range can be further enhanced by using EDR, our Extended Dynamic Range function. The EDR feature allows for linear, quantitative data.
In addition to Western blots, chemiSOLO beautifully captures clear pictures of colorimetric blots and visible-stained protein gels, like Coomassie blue or silver stain.

The compact and easily portable design fits neatly into any busy lab space.
There’s nothing to install: a unique browse-based software allows chemiSOLO to be controlled by phone, tablet, or PC.
Connect to chemiSOLO’s unique Wifi signal through a suitable device. Using a smart phone or tablet, scan a unique QR code to sync. Alternatively, on a laptop, entering chemiSOLO’s IP address into a web browser to access software.
