Sensitive Chemiluminescent Imaging

chemiluminescent western blot signal
Chemiluminescent Western blotting- one signal, one protein.

Get the best picture every time, and stop wasting money on film! UV, color imaging, blue-excited DNA dyes, silver-stain, Coomassie gel imaging, and more.

The Azure 300 offers the simplicity, speed and sensitivity of film detection, with better resolution and more quantitative results. This upgradeable chemiluminescent imager replaces a darkroom with film, while providing accurate and fast chemiluminescent detection, as well as the sensitivity, dynamic range, and linearity needed for quantitative blot analysis.

Quantitative Chemiluminescent Imaging
The same Western Blot was imaged on both x-ray film and the Azure Imaging System.
Figure 1. Saturation detection prevents errors in quantitation. The same Western Blot was imaged on both x-ray film and the Azure Imaging System. The Azure system detects when CCD saturation occurs and calculates an auto-exposure time to avoid saturated bands.

The Azure 300 offers digital chemiluminescent detection at a sensitivity equal to film,  without all the hassles. Simply place your Western blot into the system and acquire the image with the click of a button.

Outperforms film performance while generates a quantitative, wide dynamic range image. Indicates eventual signal saturation for accurate quantitation.

The imaging chamber replaces the darkroom and film developers to generate a digital image including true color molecular weight marker. Obtain your images immediately and be ready to quantify bands in the analysis software.

At 42 x 56 x 33 cm, its small size translates into more room on your bench.

Intuitive capture software controlled by a wide touchscreen

The Azure 300 is a chemiluminescent imager that provides high-resolution imaging is ideal for publication purposes, as well as higher pixel well cap for higher dynamic range.

Use the preset protocols of the comprehensive list of typical detections, or generate your own custom protocols combining any excitation source, emission filter, image overlay, lens aperture, exposure time, focus, distance to the camera, and resolution.
