Washing buffer optimized for use with fluorescent secondary antibodies
Optimized for use with both visible and near-infrared fluorescent Western blots, Azure’s Fluorescent Blot Washing Buffer is specially formulated to reduce non-specific binding of fluorescent secondary antibodies to produce clean blots with high signal-to-noise ratios.
Washing is an important step during Western blotting to remove unhybridized antibody from the membrane. Azure’s Fluorescent Washing Buffer is provided as a 10x concentrate that can be diluted in water.
