Azure Fluorescent Blot Blocking Buffer is optimized for use with the Azure fluorescent Western blotting systems. It is formulated to lower background noise and to stabilize fluorescent signal.

Western blot membranes should be incubated in blocking buffer before antibodies are added to prevent non-specific binding. Blocking buffer can also be used for diluting primary and secondary antibodies during hybridization.
