Azure Blot Washing Buffer has been optimized for use with any Western blotting system, including all chemiluminescent and visible fluorescent Western blotting kits.

Wash buffers are an important part of the blotting process for removing unhybridized antibody and preventing background signal.

Buffer is provided as a 10x concentrate that can be diluted in water.

NOTE: Azure Blot Washing Buffer is compatible with NIR Fluorescent Western blots, but for the best results with NIR fluorescence we recommend our Azure Fluorescent Blot Washing Buffer.
