CAN YOUR IMAGER IMAGE THIS?

It’s time to think outside the blot (and gel)

Azure Sapphire FL Biomolecular Imager with lid open

The new Azure Sapphire FL Biomolecular Imager uses 5 micron resolution and countless laser and filter combinations to allow you to image so much more than before. Scan as many as 6 membranes or 6 96-well plates at a time. An additional 4 cm of
clearance above the glass allows for small animal imaging and tissue imaging, giving you a plethora of imaging options.

Experience the flexibility for yourself

With an upgraded resolution of 5 μm, the new Sapphire FL Biomolecular Imager lets you capture so much more than gels and Western blots. It allows you to run in-cell Westerns, and document microarray slides, tissue samples, 2D gels, plus more, all with NIR and visible fluorescence, chemiluminescence, and phosphor imaging. An adjustable focal plane enables scanning of thick samples, such as lung tissue.

Here are just a few examples of what we’ve imaged on the Sapphire FL—now imagine what the Sapphire FL can do for your research…
