PVDF (polyvinylidene difluoride) membranes are commonly used for immunoblotting techniques, like Western blots. During the blotting process, samples are transferred from the protein gel onto a PVDF membrane by electroblotting. From there they can be used for protein sequencing.

These pre-cut PVDF membranes can be used for a variety of Western blotting applications to save you time in the lab. Low-fluorescence PVDF membranes reduce background noise for improved sensitivity.

Available in three different pre-cut sizes.
